  If the rate is charges at 0.272950 cents in the dollar and there is a flat charge of $195.00, what is the total bill on a property worth $377,000?
  0.272950 × 377 000 = 102 902.15	charges will be in cents, so make sure when reading these you are careful to notice if it is dollars or cents
  102,902.15 ÷ 100 = 1029.0215	we convert this now by dividing by 100, as there are 100 cents in a dollar, and round to the nearest cent to get $1029.02
  total = $195 + $1029.02 = $1224.02	the total will be the 1029.02 plus the $195
