Whether a person dies in a road accident is determined by how they drive, how often they are on the road, whether they are on the road in high risk times, whether they are speeding, if it is raining…etc etc etc….

there are probably 1000 things that determine if you are going to be killed in a road accident, none of them really having anything to do with random chance. For instance, male drivers between the ages of 17 and 30 are much more likely to die than females or males in a different age bracket. Motor cycle drivers are at much higher risk.
